Sacred Places: A History of Jewish Congregation Space in Columbus
Space to come together for prayer is of major importance to the Jewish community. Toby Brief, president of the Columbus Jewish Historical Society, will present a look at the various Jewish congregations of Columbus, how they developed and where they were located over the years. By looking at all of the synagogues and alternative spaces, we see a reflection of how Jewish Columbus has grown and changed over the last 175 years.
This is a program of the Beth Tikvah Shishim group. For further information, please call Beth Tikvah directly.
