Dr. Caplan was a physician in the Columbus, Ohio area. Born in Toronto, Canada, Dr. Caplan relocated to Columbus, Ohio. In 1937 Dr. Caplan married Rose Young in Toronto. Known for his many philanthropic endeavors, he received numerous awards and honors by state, county, and municipal leaders and organizations. He also practiced sports medicine and assisted many athletes in their training and health maintenance. |
